“FACTO ET JURE”
“Facto et Jure” es una expresión latina que significa “hecho y derecho”, lo cual, si se rescata de nuestra tradición común, encontraremos como una expresión coloquial, una frase de nuestros mayores, aplicada a las personas. Se decía que se era un hombre “hecho y derecho” (en el sentido amplio, de hombres y mujeres), aquella persona con madurez suficiente para tomar decisiones delicadas, con la prudencia y valor necesarios para resolver situaciones de la vida, con equidad y justicia.
Ser “hecho y derecho” significaba madurez y equilibrio, con raciocinio, así es esta empresa, un esfuerzo de madurez y responsabilidad para servir, para usar el derecho como instrumento de soluciones que usted necesita en los hechos de su vida real.
